When you use our contact forms, apply for courses, RSVP for events, or apply for the internship program, we collect:

• Phone number / WhatsApp number

When you visit our site, our hosting provider and analytics tools may collect:

• IP address (anonymised by Google Analytics)

3. Cookies & analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand how people find and use our website. GA4 uses cookies to track page views, sessions, and events anonymously.

Cookies set by Google Analytics:

• _ga — distinguishes users (expires 2 years)
• _ga_* — session state (expires 2 years)

We also use a single localStorage key (rtt_cookie_consent) to remember your cookie preference, and rtt-theme to remember your dark/light mode choice. These are not cookies and do not leave your browser.

4. Contact forms & applications

Data submitted through our website forms (contact, apply, RSVP, internship) is sent via our secure server (send.php) to our institute email address. We implement the following protections:

• Rate limiting: maximum 5 submissions per 10-minute window per IP
• Honeypot field to block automated spam
• Server-side input sanitisation
• No data is stored in a database — submissions are delivered directly by email

5. How we use your data

We use your information to:

• Respond to your enquiry or application
• Confirm event RSVPs and send reminders
• Process course enrolment
• Contact you about your application status
• Improve our website through anonymised analytics

We do not use your data for:

• Marketing emails without your explicit consent
• Automated profiling or decision-making
• Sale or transfer to third parties for their own marketing

6. Data sharing

We share data only with:
