Bridging the Digital Divide — One Village at a Time
CVP is RTT's mission to bring modern technology education, digital literacy, and economic opportunity directly to rural communities across Pakistan — starting from Chak 77 JB, Mullanpur.
CVP is RTT's community outreach arm — dedicated to taking technology skills beyond the classroom and into rural Pakistan.
Connected Villages Pakistan (CVP) was born from a simple belief: every village in Pakistan deserves access to the same digital opportunities available in major cities. Technology should not be a privilege for the few — it should be a right for all.
Through CVP, RTT extends its reach beyond its training centre to engage village communities, appoint local ambassadors, run free digital literacy workshops, and build a network of digitally empowered Pakistanis across rural Punjab and beyond.
Our approach is community-first: we work with local leaders, schools, and organisations to deliver programs that are culturally relevant, practical, and immediately impactful for village life.
From Chak 77 JB to every corner of rural Pakistan — CVP is building bridges between villages and the digital world.
A clear, measurable roadmap to transform rural digital access across Pakistan.
Establish CVP programs in all 31 target villages (Chak 66–85 JB and 250–260 RB) and expand to 50+ villages across Punjab by 2030, with local ambassadors in every community.
Train 10,000 rural residents in basic digital skills — smartphones, internet, online services, and cybersafety.
Provide advanced IT skills to 1,000 young people from rural backgrounds, supporting them into employment or freelancing.
Establish at least 10 village-based technology access points with devices, internet, and a trained local operator.
Ensure 40% of CVP program beneficiaries are women and girls, providing safe, accessible, community-supported training.
Build a self-funding CVP network through partnerships, alumni giving, and community enterprise so the model sustains itself.
Launch CVP with RTT's first batch in Chak 77 JB, appoint 5 village ambassadors, and run the first free digital literacy camp — reaching 200+ community members in Year 1.
